Our Ph2200 coffee machine has the problem that the amount of coffee in level 1 and level 3 only differ by a few millilitres.... I.e. if I let out a small coffee, the cup is very well filled, if I select level 3, the cup almost overflows - that's right, you can adjust the filling quantity, we tried that and selected the smallest possible quantity - didn't help.
Everything works normally for us. The quantity can be selected for all coffee programmes, but unfortunately it is not freely programmable, as is sometimes the case with other machines. I guess something is defective.
