Question about Anki Cozmo
Our cozmo won't charge properly.... Is it possible to have the battery replaced somewhere?

Please check the charging contacts on the Cozmo first. In our case, they were completely oxidised and almost black. The charging contacts can be cleaned with a so-called glass fibre eraser. Alternatively, very fine sandpaper may also work.
The battery is deeply embedded. Requires extensive disassembly and a replacement battery must be soldered on. Only for experienced hobbyists.
