Question about JLab Audio Go Air Pop
Only the left headphone works for me. Does anyone know if this could be a technical problem? Or is the other one simply defective?
Yes, it is a technical problem. Mine was the same, I sent them back and got new ones. After that, it was tip-top. Digitec solved it quickly and efficiently.
