Question about Create Thera Retro
On our machine, the portafilter can no longer be engaged when the sieve is inserted. Without the sieve, it can be turned as far as it will go, as described in the instructions. If the portafilter is not engaged, it may come off. I have not found anything about this in the instructions, have we received a defective model?

I have now tried it with more force. You have to hold the machine firmly and then it works :)

if you turn the sieve until it engages, it should lower when it engages. Did it work like that?
