On my Samsung Galaxy Note 8, I can only download Samsung Pay (Hong Kong). How can I change this to Samsung Pay (Switzerland)?

Look under "Important information":
Samsung Pay
The product is only available in parallel import, therefore we cannot guarantee support for Samsung Pay.
