Question about Seagate Game Drive for Play Station
On my PS5 I always get the message "This USB drive cannot be formatted as an extended USB storage device" can anyone help me what I can do?
Where did you plug it in? Use a different port? I plugged it in at the back... worked without any problems... Is the ps5 firmware up to date?
That is strange. It worked for me. It is important that the hard drive is formatted with exFAT. Otherwise try formatting the hard drive with a Windows PC in exFAT first and then check again how your PS5 reacts to it. Otherwise I don't know why it shouldn't work.
