Question about Apple iPhone 13
On my iPhone it keeps happening that it says e-mail received but no e-mail comes in. When I switch the iPhone off and on again, I receive the e-mail.
This sounds like a synchronisation problem. Please check in the mail settings whether "Retrieve data automatically" is activated and reset the mail account if necessary. A restart usually only fixes the problem temporarily.
