Question about NZXT Kraken Z73

Nzxt Kraken z73 has compatibility problem with Asus Rog rampage viii dark hero. The display of the Z73 is constantly off but the pump works. Does anyone have any ideas what to do? Connections have been checked, everything is connected correctly.
