No question, rather a hint: The card clocks OOB with 1303MHz, not with 1266MHz as stated in the description. Change that quickly.
This is not due to Digitec but to GPU Boost. If the card is cooled sufficiently, it clocks higher. The OOB clock is a reference value that every card can achieve.
