Question about JBL Quantum 350
Nintendo Switch: Headphones work, but unfortunately the microphone does not. What could be the reason for this? Try it with a cable. But it's a shame
If the microphone works on the PC, that's a problem with Nintendo. I also have a Nintendo Switch - but I don't need the microphone for it...
If it doesn't work on the PC either, I would first dismantle it, clean it and mount it again correctly. If it doesn't work after this test, I would assume a technical defect.
I also have this product - it has fallen off my head onto the floor in the meantime - and it still works as it did on the first day.
We also tried with cables. We also made an update with Nintendo. Unfortunately without success.
