my tolomeo micro led doesn't work anymore and i don't know how to change the bulb. is it possible at all? if so, how can i do it and where can i order a new one?

I have the same problem - it doesn't seem to be intended that the customer should replace the bulb himself...
If it helps: after some trial and error, I found that the transparent plastic part on top of the "lampshade" can be turned --> it's more or less a screw that fixes the LED. But I didn't succeed in replacing the whole thing after that. 
I will now rely on the warranty...
