My question would be how I can get the gsx 1000 to also hear the others in Teamspeak when live streaming, currently only my voice can be heard. Win 10 Asus Rampage 6 Extreme

You have to select the correct audio source in the Teamspeak settings, then you will also hear the others speaking.
