My powerbank that I ordered does not charge. By that I mean that I can't charge the powerbank. What is the problem?
Normally you shouldn't have any problems. I'm also pretty sure that there should be some energy on it from the start. Doesn't anything light up? Then I would be almost certain that there is a defect. Try a different charger and cable, otherwise return it.
