My Omen only has 300 watts. So I can't use this graphics card in it.

Stagow is right to a certain extent, it depends on what you already have in there.
Could be a bit tight with 300 W.
I have a dual Xeon board with 2x 12 kernel processors, 128 GB memory, 2x raid adapters and said graphics card, with water cooling and run on approx. 310 W. So theoretically it should work for you, if necessary you can also change the power supply.
