Sorry Susan, I think it has standard USB connection. I didn't need to install a driver. In this case Google is your friend (though I use Startpage.com - same results, but usage data not saved) Cheers
Hello, There may be several reasons for this. If the laptop recognises the player, it may be due to the DVD or the playback program. Have you tried using Windows Media Playback to access the disc? I use VLC Media Player, which is good and free. Good luck.
I think it is due to some driver, I would install the VLC player which contains some drivers and the probability that it will work is quite high, greetings Stefano
