Question about Sony Inzone H9

My mic rolls over ultra on the PS5, even though I have set the sensitivity to zero. Does anyone have a tip for me? The settings from the app are not transferred to PS5 use (should finally be delivered...). Or do others not have this problem in the chat? It happens when I get a bit louder...
