My LG 27UD58-B monitor (27", 3840 x 2160 pixels) (6154965) arrived here undamaged on 27.3. and works. But no sound comes out of the speaker. It does not work, but was not muted by mistake. When I connect headphones or other external speakers to the small jack on the monitor, they work. So it's not the cable. When I connect the computer to my TV, I have picture AND sound (with the same HDMI cable). There is no picture indication "HDMI without sound" anywhere. The audio output of the computer is properly set to the LG monitor as the default/défaut preset device. The same is true when I connect another PC. In the meantime, I have received a replacement device... still no sound!

Did I do something wrong when setting the software? Did I unintentionally click on a wrong option?
