Question about Sony Inzone H9

My Headset shows up as connected, the PC says it is playing sounds but I can hear nothing. I already tried turning the sound up for 20 seconds, but nothing happened. Are the speakers defective or do I have to set up something else? I already installed the inzone hup, but that doesn't help
