Question about Koenig Finessa
My Finessa no longer pulls in the coffee beans and spins to nothing. In addition, the dial for the grind strength can no longer be moved. Is the grinder defective? Thanks for any ideas on what to do.
Because of the beans that do not slip into the grinder, I have raised the left rubber feet of the machine (approx. 3-4 mm), regularly rub out the bean container and make sure that the roast is not too oily.
Have the same problem, help 🙏
We had problems with the machine all the time. The buttons no longer worked. But the coffee was good. We disposed of the machine (after 3 repairs).
