My device arrived yesterday and now I see a kind of film on the display from the front. Is this armoured glass and if so is it good? If not, can it be removed, as I've already tried and failed? And am I the only one who sometimes has to click twice on the same touch button until it taps something or something else happens?

This film is only for dust protection. It is not like a real bulletproof glass, so you can take this film off in normal case.

a protective film cured with UV light is applied to the display of the Galaxy S20 FE at the factory. As for the touch display response, please check if your Galaxy S20 FE is up to date with the latest software. Also try improving the touch sensitivity by activating it under "Settings > Display > Touch sensitivity". If the problem persists, please contact our colleagues in technical support.
