Question about Digitus DA-81002

The term QR code compatible is untrue and misleading. I can scan into a text system with the hand scanner without any problems. However, when I want to use the QR code for the new payment slips with Postfinance or Kantonalbank in Switzerland, I get the error message "incorrect QR code". I contacted Digitus (D). Answer quote: "The problem with the Swiss QR codes is known. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that our scanners support the Swiss QR code" end quote. Digitec must urgently correct the designation.

Sorry, I think it's a mess that Galaxus sells this scanner as QR-compatible.
It simply doesn't work!
I have now looked on the official website of Delock and there is nothing about QR code.

I can't use the product because I don't have an instruction manual. I hope I can send the product back.

I have had the same experience. Doesn't work at all. I returned the hand scanner and got my money back.

Doesn't work 90% of the time, I dumped the thing.
