My biggest question about the card is.... which tower is compatible to install the fan. I still have the Cooler Master HAF X, but I don't think the fans go in there, do they?

Two 120mm fans sit on the radiator. The hoses/cables from the graphics centre to the radiator are 600mm long. 
The radiator (240mm) itself measures 276 x 120 x 5.2mm - including the fans.

Just measure it. The radiator should fit into the top or back of the case.
If necessary, I would simply place the radiator inside the case. This is not the purpose, but the airflow should be sufficient for the case ;)

Enclosures suitable for radiators, such as the Lian-Li O11 Dynamic (XL/Mini), would certainly be ideal.
I can't say whether there is enough space for the radiator in the existing case, but probably not, as it is not designed for this purpose.
For the HAF X, I would rather see an air-cooled graphics card as optimal.
