Question about Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+

my 83 year old mother is visiting for a month and she forgot her iPad at home. I wish to buy a cheap tablet so she can watch movies and do some of her games. it should be 11inches, I do not want to spend too much. which one is the east to get? thanks for the advice.
