Looks like there's a problem with the PAL / NTSC setting on the gopro. The option, usually found in "regional options" is nowhere to be found. I've searched the internet and not found a solution yet.

Actually in NTSC, we're stuck on 30/60 Fps which is not our european standards. Fix required by gopro?

Answer

There is a setting called „Antiflicker“ in the new GoPro where you  can choose between 50 and 60Hz
