Question about Nikon NIkkor Z 24-200mm f/4-6.3 VR - (EU)

Looks like both are same lense but one says "Import". Can you tell me what is the diffrence between both the lenses? Is "import" better then the other normal lense? "Import" is not better, it is worse. This is a grey import that was not imported via Nikon Switzerland. You only get warranty from Digitec and not from Nikon Switzerland. But it is done that way because Nikon Switzerland cannot deliver.
