Question about Logitech Spotlight Plus

Dear Community, I have received the Spotlight Presenter Plus and installed the software (macOS 10.15.5). The device is connected via Bluetooth. The Play/Start Presentation function does not work in Apple Keynote, Google Slides or PowerPoint. In the Spotlight software there is a setting "Hold next button = Start presentation", but this does not work. Has anyone by chance had the same problem? Thank you very much. LG, Massimo

As Logitech writes in their help section on this topic, this function is not possible with Apple devices. Personally, this has never bothered me so far, as I stand at the Macbook to start a new presentation or to switch between presentations. If you still miss the theatrical start from a distance at the beginning, I recommend starting the presentation before your audience enters and fading it out with the black screen function, or simply inserting an additional start slide.
