Unfortunately, I have not yet received a reply from the customer service and have meanwhile also made enquiries with various retailers and the main importer in Switzerland. None of them will deal with warranty cases for machines with an EU plug. Will Galaxus then replace the given machine in the case of a warranty claim, so as not to keep me waiting as a customer? That's not very sustainable, especially not in this day and age.

In the event of a warranty claim, products purchased from us can be claimed under warranty at any time during the warranty period. Appropriate solutions will be worked out by us in cooperation with our suppliers/service centres.
