Question about Collective Minds Cronus Zen
Can I use my Logitech G29 with this on the Xbox Series s/x?
And does it work?

In the User Guide of Cronus Zen, there is a section "Racing Wheels", in which all compatible devices etc. are listed. It also states that the DriveHub Racing Wheel Converter for XBox must be used.
Therefore, I do not assume that you can use the G29 on the XBox with the Cronus without errors, but I have not tried this myself.
