Can I use these modules on a mainboard ASUS P8B75-M with i7-3770 @ 3.4 GHz ?
The best thing to do is to look at the QVL of the mainboard (on the manufacturer's page, for example). Ram that runs 100% on the boards is listed there. If one is not on there, it may not run. But it can work just as well.
