The tuner has a built-in equaliser. I used it because the basic setting didn't quite suit me either. Now I find the sound excellent.

The sound quality is very good. Everything is top in terms of equipment, compatibility and sound. Highly recommendable from my point of view. Very easy to control via app on mobile phone. Price / performance Thumbs up!
