Question about Roccat Kone AIMO

I've had the mouse for a good 2 months and my scroll wheel is unbearably spinning. When I scroll up or down, it jumps uncontrollably in both directions. Does anyone know how to fix this? Yes, all drivers are up to date and have already been reset to factory settings.
