Question about InLine KVM Switch 4-way Dual Monitor

I've bought it but when I connect my mouse to a port for mouse/keyboard, it's more "jumpy" on the screen, i.e. its refresh rate is seems to be lower. Is there a fix for that other than connecting it to one of the normal USB 3.0 ports? My mouse model is Cherry Gentix 4K.
