I've been using the headset every day for about a month and I have to admit: I like it a lot. There is only one thing that bothers me a little. When I have connected the USB dongle to the PC and at the same time via Bluetooth with the mobile phone and then receive a call via Teams (ported numbers), my headset automatically answers the call. I have deactivated the automatic call acceptance when the magnetic contact is disconnected. Has anyone else had a similar experience and possibly even found a way to work around this? Unfortunately, I haven't found a way by just googling and pending support requests.
I also had to search for a long time, but came across this thread where people report similar problems: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5... Apparently there is no solution for this yet and the cause is also not clear. Maybe one of these solutions will help:
- Switch off Bluetooth on the mobile phone
- Deactivate Teams notifications on the mobile phone
- Update Teams
As far as I can tell, the problems often originate with Microsoft and not with Jabra. I hope your problem can be solved this way.
