Question about Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G

I've been having 4G 5G disconnection problems (15sec disconnection every 2 min. approx.) since the second last update. Swisscom says: it's Samsung's fault, we have to wait for a patch, without giving any solution. Any solutions?

Unfortunately not. As Swisscom told you, we have to wait for news from Samsung.
