Question about Cooler Master MasterKeys Lite L

It seems that some of the keys are stuck. For example, when I want to run straight ahead in a game using the W key, it doesn't work smoothly. Is this a known problem?

According to some feedback on the internet, the keyboard does not seem to work cleanly with the turbo mode x9 (FN + F10). The problem can be solved by setting the normal mode x1 (FN+F9).
