It says that the keyboard runs on a battery with a life of up to 3 months, but the Power section refers to 2 CR2032 button cells. So? Rechargeable battery or batteries?

Hello, they are CR2032 batteries. Greetings
There is no USB connection. So it's virtually impossible to charge anything. The batteries are simple CR2032s that can be fitted by unscrewing two screws (torx) behind the keyboard.
