It says in the description about it fitting an S shaped tone arm. Any issue with fitting this to a straight tone arm? I was thinking of upgrading my yamaha musiccast 500 cartridge and this seems an easier way to change the head shell with the cartridge at once.

According to supplier the product is compatible with the Yamaha MusicCast VINYL 500 (turntable with straight tone arm).
