It may sound silly, but where can I get the switches? I can only find them on American websites, which do not deliver to Switzerland...

You can also get the switches here at Digitec. Search for Gateron / Glorious. I built this compact myself with the Gateron Red and am more than thrilled. You can also find keycaps here, unfortunately the ISO -CH layout is only available in black.
