It looks like the software on our unit has "hung up". It just says "loading...." all the time. Does anyone know how to reset the software? Unfortunately, I haven't found any information in the operating instructions.
It is best to contact Lenco's support to see if there is not a secret key combination for this or contact Digitec's customer service regarding a warranty request.
