Many questions can be answered once you know that this switch is just a housing around a module from EnOcean:
'ZigBee® Green Power Generic Switch Pushbutton Module PTM 216Z'.

Just google 'PTM 216Z' and read the user manual....

Unfortunately, this is not possible. The Feller EDIZIOdue Smart Light Control
is only made for the HUE from Philips. It needs the App
and the bridge from the HUE to set it up.
