Question about HTC Vive Base Station

No, the Occulus does not use the SteamVR base station, there is no point because the Occulus has inside-out tracking and not external tracking (like the HTC and Index).

I don’t know but seems to be not compatible because it is HTC hardware fir the Vive line not oculus that is from another manufacturer
