Question about Satechi St-Tcupm

I can't answer this question, as I use it with a PC. However, to agree with a previous comment, I would say that a cable between the PC and this hub is almost essential if you don't want to break anything. Apart from that, the design of the Satechi is neat... and I remain a fan of USB-C :-)

This adapter is only compatible with the Apple Superdrive CD drive. For this drive you should only use one of the Apple adapters according to the following help sheet: https://support.apple.com/fr-ch.... In my opinion the Apple USB-C to (USB 3.1) adapter is suitable. You can buy it on or in the Applestore (cheaper than Digitec!). It can then be combined with an adapter, for example with the Satechi via the USB-C port.

Not tested. FYI: the design is catastrophic in my opinion: a very small plug, not even "clicked" (due to the USB-C) - how do you expect it to hold all the cables you can theoretically connect to this dock? Placed on a table and without moving anything - hallelujah! - it's still conceivable. But on your lap? forget it!
