Question about FiiO Q5 Titanium

Is this thing really suitable for up to how many ohms? My beyerdynamic DT-1990 PRO run at 250Ω so I would like to know if it is worth buying the Q5 :) Elsewhere I read that with the 3.5mm jack max 150Ω is recommended. Many thanks in advance

That is correct. The balanced 2.5mm headphone output handles impedances of 16-300 ohms, whereas with the normal 3.5mm headphone output you are limited to 16-150 ohms.
