Question about Tamron AF 18-300mm f/3.5-6.3 Di III-A VC

Is this the Tamron 18-300mm, with the Fujifilm X mount? When I click on Fujifilm, this supposedly compatible lens comes up. But the APS-C designation in combination with DX suggests that it is NIKON compatible? Which is valid?

This is the Fuji version as clearly described in the specs. There is no Nikon version.
