Is this the Samsung Evo Plus (as per picture and by read speed) or is this the Samsung EVO+ as per product description?

It is the EVO plus. I have it in my phone now and I can confirm the fast write speed too!
Sure, your Camera is able to use every SD, SDHC und SDXC Card like this one. You can upgrade until the SDXC Standard comes to it's end at 2000 Megabytes even if they write max. 128 GB, normally people use the actual common size at the moment you can buy microSD Cards with uptoo 500 Gigabyte.
