Is this teleconvertor compatible with Canon 6d Mark I and 70-200 2.8 IS III USM and 24 70 2.8L II USM?

Yes is compatible with the EF 70-200 2.8 IS III USM but not with the 24-70. That makes no sense on the 24-70
