Is this RAM compatible with the Asus ROG STIX x570-E motherboard? But it is not on the list under QVL.

I have just put this exact combination into operation and so far it works perfectly. However, I had to adjust the RAM speed in the bios from 2666 to 3200 Mhz.

32gb on a module requires so-called dual rank ram. these sticks are dual rank and not all motherboards support this. i for example have the crosshair viii impact x570 where it is supported. the motherboard you mentioned supports up to 128gb, which means this kit is perfectly compatible, have fun.
