Is this product compatible with the Sony FDR X3000? Is there a volume control? If not, do you have any external mics with volume control for the Sony FDR X3000? Thanks!

Hi. Compatible with Sony? I do not know, I use a Lenovo laptop and it is compatible there, the plug is normally compatible with all kinds of machinery. Volume control: no, You will have to use Your computer to control. I do not have Sony products apart of a walkman and a discman. But the mic is functioning well. Have a nice day.
