The Optane H10 is a normal NVMe SSD, the processor doesn't really care about this.

Long story short, yeah should work just fine.

Personally I would recommend the following SSD (a little bit costlier):
Samsung 970 EVO Plus (1000GB, M.2 2280)

For standard use cases it doesn't really matter, even a cheaper NVMe SSD would work just fine.
