Is this monitor WIN-10 compatible? Where can I find the drivers for it?

The monitor does not have to be Win 10 compatible, if there are any. Just plug in the power and the graphics card.

Now I don't have the answer to my question: Can I do something on the monitor so that the return signal to the BIOS is fast enough?

Alternatively, it would need an instruction on how we can solve the timing problem in the BIOS.

Wow: A super-quick answer. But: There are hooks + eyes in this story. I'll have to backtrack for a moment, so I'll first respond to your assertion that a monitor doesn't have to be WIN-10 compatible (my current understanding).

The answer is right + wrong at the same time. Why?
- It is well known that there are problems with booting with WIN 10: some of our PCs do not boot. And together with MS Technik we found out with a lot of effort that there is a timing problem between the motherboard and the monitor.
-- The motherboard (BIOS) searches for the external HW (e.g. monitor + keyboard).
-- The BIOS sets a time to search and finds ¦ does not find.
- Can you see now what can go wrong? Correct: The BIOS does not find the monitor and end ...

Now, certain monitors like ACER products do an automatic search for the active input signal.
- In the case of the ACER monitor in question, it takes maybe 15 seconds. And ACER only starts it when the motherboard calls it.
- Exactly during the search run, the BIOS tries to establish the connection: Forget it ...
- The tested ACER monitor has no menu item in the on-screen menu to enter the source manually: Definitely end ...

So; with the AOC monitor at hand, I can configure the source manually via the on-screen menu. And yet my Gigabyte motherboard does not find the monitor in time: End ...
- Question: Can I do something on the monitor to ensure that the return signal to the BIOS is fast enough?
- Hint: I can alternately take out a memory latch ¦ insert it. Then the system boots ...

So: Your answer is perhaps correct for this monitor, perhaps not ... (Radio Yerevan). What next?
